Ladies and Gentlemen:
The City of Oxnard Police Department invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to a public place video surveillance system in the Southwinds neighborhood of Oxnard.
The attached request for proposal is made up of the following sections: Instructions to Proposer’s, General Terms and Conditions, Scope of Services, Qualifications Submission Requirements, and Exhibits A-D including a sample Agreement with Living Wage Policy and insurance requirements. Bidders will be responsible to carefully examine the requirements contained herein.
Proposals will be received in the City of Oxnard Purchasing Office located at 300 W. Third St., Suite 202, Oxnard, CA 93030 by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 16, 2010.
Envelopes containing the proposals (1 original & 1 copy) must be sealed and addressed to City of Oxnard Purchasing Office, 300 W. Third St., Suite 202, Oxnard, California 93030, Attention: Heather Mooney, Buyer, and must be marked “ENVELOPE 1: RFP OXNARD POLICE SOUTHWINDS PUBLIC PLACE VIDEO PROJECT PROPOSAL/STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS” and “ENVELOPE 2: RFP OXNARD POLICE OXNARD POLICE SOUTHWINDS PUBLIC PLACE VIDEO PROJECT STATEMENT OF COMPENSATION.” The envelope must show the proposer’s name and address. Proposals will not be opened publicly.
