Ladies and Gentlemen:
The City of Oxnard invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide professional consulting services for the preparation of the Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) Update. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting for this RFP will be held at July 20, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. in the City of Oxnard Human Resources Activity Room, located at 300 West Third Street (corner of Third and “B” Streets – enter on “B” Street side), Oxnard, CA 93030.
The attached request for proposal is made up of the following sections: A. Instructions to Proposer’s, B. General Terms and Conditions, C. Contractor Qualifications and Responsibilities, and Attachments 1-6 including a sample Agreement and insurance requirements. Bidders will be responsible to carefully examine the requirements contained herein.
Proposals will be received in the City of Oxnard Purchasing Office located at 300 W. Third St., Suite 202, Oxnard, CA 93030 by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2010.
The envelope containing your proposals must be sealed and marked “RFP - UWMP UPDATE”. Proposals will not be opened publicly.
